A Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Wales met today (Friday 15 September) to consider the claim of wrongful dismissal submitted by Bala Town FC for the sending-off of Oliver Shannon for violent conduct in the JD Cymru Premier fixture between Bala Town FC and The New Saints FC on 13 September 2023.
After carefully considering the written and video evidence submitted, the Panel decided that the Claim is dismissed and the decision of the referee stands. Oliver Shannon is therefore subject to a three match suspension in the JD Cymru Premier.
