After members of Penybont's travelling party tested positive for COVID-19 following their JD Cymru Premier fixture against Bala Town, NHS Track and Trace instructed that the Bala Town coaching staff and squad must conduct a period of self-isolation.
However, after Bala Town presented evidence of their processes in line with the stringent FAW Return to Play Protocols, Bala Town have today been instructed by the NHS Track and Trace that the initial decision has been overtuned and the club will no longer need to conduct a period of self-isolation.
As a result, the Lakesiders' match against Newtown on Friday 27th November 2020 is permitted to go ahead as scheduled.
