At a recent Disciplinary Panel Meeting, a 3-point deduction was imposed on the club’s 2019/2020 JD Cymru South record for the alleged breach of JD Cymru South League Rule 15.1 for playing an ineligible player in the JD Cymru South fixture Cwmamman United v Briton Ferry Llansawel played on 10th January 2020.
Cwmamman United Football Club elected not to attend a Disciplinary Panel hearing, so the Panel considered both matters on the written evidence submitted in accordance with FAW Rule 43.1.12.

The Panel were aware that the JD Cymru South League Rule 15.1 states that there will be a 3-point deduction for any club playing an ineligible player. Therefore, the Panel decided to impose a 3-point deduction from the clubs JD Cymru South record for the 2019/2020 season.
