In another month of action in the Cymru Leagues, four men have been nominated for the JD Cymru Premier, JD Cymru North and JD Cymru South Player of the Month Awards respectively for September.

Chris Hugh

Hugh’s return to the Barry team has coincided with the side going four games without conceding. The Linnets were unbeaten in the month, and Hugh scored the winning goal in their 1-0 victory over Cefn Druids.

Leo Smith

The midfielder has hit a purple patch of form since signing for the club in the summer. The central midfielder has scored twice this month as the Cofis registered three wins.

Luke Bowen

The Old Gold striker was in hot form in September, as the former Port Talbot man notched four league goals during the month.

Priestley Farquharson

Connah’s Quay Nomads conceded just three times during September and Farquharson has grown into his role in the centre of defence, as Nomads recorded three wins.

Jake Eyre

The Gresford midfielder has notched five goals for his side this month. The midfielder even bagged four goals in his side’s 6-2 victory over Corwen in late September to round off an excellent month.

Matthew Evans

The Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant right-back has been a key figure in the side’s impressive form this season. He was ever present for the club as they lost just once in September. He even managed to get in on the act, as he notched two in their away victory over Buckley Town.

Mark Cadwallader

The forward has been in electric form in front of goal this season, and he continued his rich vein of form in September. The Flint man scored an impressive six times for Niall McGuiness’ men this month as they went unbeaten.

Jordan Davies

Prestatyn Town went unbeaten in the month, and Jordan Davies has had a key role to play in their form. The striker scored four times as the Seasiders racked up two 7-0 victories in the month.

Calum Bateman

The STM Sports winger has been an influential figure in the club’s form. The newly promoted side defeated Llanelli and Haverfordwest in consecutive games, with Bateman netting a league high six goals during the month.

Levi Houapeu

Table topping Swansea University can thank Houapeu for his five goals from midfield for their impressive form during September. The midfielder scored almost half his side’s goals during the month as they won three of their four games.

Lee Trundle

Ammanford were the only side to have a 100% record during September, and Lee Trundle was at the heart of it. The former Swans frontman bagged a hat-trick against Cwmbran Celtic and a match-winning brace against Caerau Ely to help the club maintain their impressive form.

Daniel Kingdom

The Briton Ferry Llansawel fullback was present for three out of four of his side’s games this month. Carl Shaw’s men conceded just four goals during September, but conceded none when Kingdrom was named in the lineup.
