Briton Ferry Llansawel went top of the JD Cymru South for Christmas with a 4-1 win at home to Llanelli on Friday night.
The visitors had gone in front early on after Tim Parker latched onto a stray backpass to slot home, only for league top scorer Mark Jones to head the home side level after ten minutes.
Luke Harris put Ferry in front before the break, before Stephen Davey's penalty with nineteen minutes to go gave them breathing space.
Jones's second of the game with ten minutes left sealed the three points, and extended Ferry's unbeaten run to nine matches.
Swansea University are second to the Reds on goal difference after they beat Ammanford 3-2 in the only other league game to survive the weekend weather.
Arion Sobers-Assue had Swansea in front early on, but two goals in seven minutes from Tristian Jenkins just before the break gave the visitors a half time lead.
Sobers-Assue levelled things on the hour, before Oliver Roberts' penalty saw the home side go back in front, and they held on to take the points and return to second above Haverfordwest.
