The New Saints clinched their 15th league title on Friday evening in a goalless draw away to Connah’s Quay Nomads.

Craig Harrison’s first season since his return to the club sees him win his seventh league title at Park Hall, with five matches still to play.

There was also a goalless draw between Bala Town and Cardiff Met on Saturday afternoon. The Lakesiders failed to capitalise on Tom Price’s 56th minute red card, meaning that the two clubs remain fifth and fourth in the table respectively.

Elsewhere in the Championship Conference, Kane Owen’s second half strike earned Penybont victory away to Newtown. Both sides finished the game with 10 after Callum Roberts and Lewis Harling received second yellow cards in the second half.

The victory for Rhys Griffiths’ side reduced the gap between them and second placed Connah’s Quay to a single point, while they remain four points ahead of fourth placed Cardiff Met.

In the bottom half, Aberystwyth Town moved to within one win of safety following a one-goal victory away at Caernarfon Town, who had Laurie Bell sent off. Niall Flint’s strike on the brink of half time remained unanswered and resulted in Caernarfon manager Huw Griffiths departing the club on Saturday.

Pontypridd United maintained their impressive start to the Play Off Conference with a goalless draw away to Flint Town United. The Dragons are two points clear of the bottom two and five points off of a playoff spot, being the only club in the bottom half to remain unbeaten in phase two of the competition.

Meanwhile, Haverfordwest County earned an impressive 4-0 victory over Airbus UK. Ben Fawcett, Ioan Evans, Jamie Veale and Daniel Hawkins were on the scoresheet as the Bluebirds extended their lead at the top of the Play Off Conference to four points. Gareth Edwards was sent off for the Wingmakers.
