Following the FAW National Leagues Board’s decision to curtail the Academy Under-12, 14 and 16 competitions, final standings for the 2019-20 season have been determined through the unweighted Points Per Game system.
As a result, six sides have been crowned as league champions in their respective regional Super Six competitions.
Cambrian & Clydach Vale BGC and The New Saints have been awarded the titles at Under-12 level. The Cam Army picked up seven wins from their nine fixtures in the Super Six competition, while their counterparts in the Northern section picked up seven wins from eight, which was enough to secure the title.
In the Under-14 section, Barry Town United and Connah’s Quay Nomads were crowned champions, whilst The New Saints made it a double for their academy side in the Under-16s section as they picked up the league title alongside Penybont in the Southern section.
