Laurence Bell scored a dramatic 120th-minute winner as Caernarfon Town beat Flint Town United 2-1 in the JD Cymru Premier Play-Off Final.

There was little to separate the two sides in normal time before the game burst into life in extra time when Iwan Cartwright picked out Danny Gosset, who got beyond his marker and fired home the opener for the Cofis in the 98th minute

It took seven minutes for Flint to hit back after the home defence failed to clear Jake Phillips' cross to safety and Ben Nash was on hand to volley into the top corner on the stroke of half time.

It looked as though the goal would send the tie to penalties until Mike Hayes - the Cofis' top scorer this season - turned provider in the last minute of extra time and picked out Bell, who headed past Jon Rushton to spark delirium around The Oval.

There was no way back for Flint as the Cofis secured the trophy after suffering heartbreak in their last two play-off campaigns.
